kWh Analytics will work with the State of Hawaii’s Department of Business Economic Development and Tourism ﴾DBEDT) and the Hawaii Green Infrastructure Authority in its new Green Energy Market Securitization (GEMS) program to fund (or finance) high‐quality PV systems and deploy bond proceeds effectively. kWh’s data platform will serve as DBEDT’s data wizard for its solar portfolio, assisting in fulfilling reporting requirements and measuring portfolio performance.
